Starting June 19, 2026, under EU Directive 2023/2673, all online stores selling to buyers in the European Union must provide a simplified way to exercise the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period.

If you reside in the EU and wish to withdraw from your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your items without needing to provide a justification.

Items must be shipped back in their original, unworn condition with tags intact within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
