We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange within the United States, please review our policy guidelines below:
Return Window
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of your order's delivery date.
Return Shipping Cost
- Samaya Merino will pay for return shipping for all orders within the US. We will provide you with a complimentary, pre-paid shipping label to send your items back to us.
Reimbursement
- Once your items are received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be issued immediately to your original form of payment.
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
🇪🇺 European Union Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to return your items for any reason from the day your order is delivered.
Simple Steps to Return:
1. Initiate Your Request: Click the EU Right of Withdrawal link in our footer menu and provide your name and order reference number. An automatic email receipt will be sent to your inbox immediately.
2. Pack Your Items: Ensure your items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
3. Ship to Our EU Return Address: Mail your parcel directly to our European returns facility:

Reimbursement
- Once our facility receives and inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed immediately.
- We will reimburse the full payment amount back to your original form of payment. Please allow standard processing time for the credit to appear on your account statement.
- (Please note: EU customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs to Germany unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
