• For Durability: We gently boil merino wool since unlike standard wool, which lose its shape, boiled wool is agitated in hot water to shrink and thicken the fibers. Therefore, it retains its shape for years.
• Warmth without Weight: By boiling merino wool we trap more natural warmth, acting as a powerful insulator against the wind & cold yet remains lightweight.
• Water & Dirt Repellency: The dense texture of boiled Merino naturally repels moisture and dirt. Raindrops tend to bead off the surface rather than soak in, meaning you stay dry, and your garment requires less frequent washing. 
• The Softness Factor: While traditional boiled wool can be coarse, we use 100% Pure Australian Merino. This gives you durability & softness that Merino is world-renowned for. No itch, just comfort.

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love your Samaya Merino investment. If your piece isn’t quite right, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process. 

Return Window 

• US Orders: Please initiate your return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. 
• International Orders: Please initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition: 

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn and in the original packaging with all Samaya Merino tags securely attached. 

Return Shipping Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs . We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. 

How to Start a Return

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
