Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to love your Samaya Merino investment. If your piece isn’t quite right, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process. 

Return Window 

• US Orders: Please initiate your return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. 
• International Orders: Please initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition: 

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn and in the original packaging with all Samaya Merino tags securely attached. 

Return Shipping Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs . We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
